At New Journey we are committed to preaching the Word of God. Our desire is not just to give information, but to provide a practical application of God’s word so that everyone can experience a transformation in their lives. It is also our desire to experience the presence of God in a meaningful way through our passionate worship, prayer, giving & fellowship.
We are church that will meet people where they are, and together we try to help them get to where God wants them to be.

Our ministry is expanding to a monthly service to the homeless population beginning In January 2019 and seeking guidance in other needed services in the Hawthorne community. Will you join us and help by donating ten (10) “Blessing Bags”, ( items and/or monetary donations) to assist us in reaching out goal?
Investing in today’s youth is necessary in growing the body of Christ. Teaching young people in the church to grow in their relationship with the Lord prepares them to serve Christ in all they do. … Because of God’s heart for young people, it is important to recognize their value in today’s church.
The people of God sing. After escaping from the Egyptians and crossing the Red Sea, the people of Israel sang a song to the Lord (Exod. 15). Singing was part of Israel’s formal worship in both tabernacle and temple (1 Chron. 6:31-32, 16:42). Music and song continue to play a vital role in the life of God s people today.
